and believe me, I have worn plenty!!!!! OMG, I just got it and tried it on, at first I thought it was too small because I got the large, but it is just right! I cannot believe how comfortable it is, it already helps me sit straight....I tried on pants and the roll that I have been struggling with that has increased in size with each birth (I have 3) is GONE!!!!!!!
