I am a pretty large woman and have had 3 babies in the last 3 years. I am extremely self concious of my sagging baby belly and this product does help with that! It's not a miracle worker, you don't look like you've necessarily lost weight, but it does help make everything look a little firmer. I wear this a lot under shirt that are made of more clingy fabrics as the roll situation is a little less embarassing with it on.
