For me, I bought this vest in order to hide my large chest, although my waist is 36", my chest still remains 38-40", so is extremely noticable when wearing t-shirts or even normal vests. This product has literally given me a new lease on life! I'd lost 6 stone already but then found i was left with bumps here and there and a chest which would not vanish!! I was sceptical about this product at first, questioning if it really does work, but i can say from my experience its amazing, just to be able to go out and not have to keep crossing your arms or wear baggy clothes!!! It does also aid my stomach which isnt flat to say the least, and gives an overall slimmer more toned appearence.
