I had C-section and this product is great it is gentle and has provided good strong support. This product gave me the abilty to be able to move around much sooner than I would have on my own. I can care for my baby instead of being bond to my bed. I bought this in a medium and five days after having my son I now need a small. It really took down the inches and has me on way to my pre-baby shape.
