I bought this to hide my rolls and to cover my nips to have an even look under my shirts. I bought the extra small size and it works great! I'm a size large/medium and the extra small holds me in perfectly! It compresses my chest area and my love-handles perfectly! This compression muscle shirt is the best one out there. It's made from high quality materials. It has two layers, the under layer is the compression part and the top layer is more of a T-shirt material. I ordered the black so it can look like a regular under muscle shirt and so it can't stain. It's a must buy item if you want something to hold you in and compress your love-handles and give you and even smooth look.
