I recently purchased this item after delivering my second boy (I don't have babies,they were both over 9 pounds..you can imagine my need for this product). For the first 2 hours I thought this was amazing..it brought my waist in, I fit into my smaller jeans, it wasn't completely uncomfortable. I felt decent in my own skin again..at that point my only concern was that the lack of stucture to the product would cause issues (yeah) and it was kind of short. Then my boys woke up from their nap (2 1/2 years and 4 weeks) and I had to start moving around again. The product rolls and I had to constantly keep adjusting. At about the 2 hour mark when my 2 year old wanted race matchbox cars on the floor, it kept bunching up in the middle of my back (since there is no support to this garment..its like a weird ACE bandage with hook and eye closures). It made me so uncomfortable I couldn't get it off fast enough. I tried to give it another chance the next day, but it was worse. I'm going to try a waist cincher with some type of support to it. I suppose if you weren't planning on any natural movements this would be great.
