I have tried several different shapewear undergarments. This is, by far, the best I have worn. I feel toned and shaped from top to bottom when wearing this. It's perfect under pants or a long dress or skirt. I personally like the opening to use the restroom, I don't have to undress to go to the bathroom. I also love it to wear under my clothes while going to sporting events or anything else that is going to keep me outside for an extended period of time while it is cold.
