I was not so impressed with this product. I think that the manufacturer should add a disclaimer ("Not recommended for men over 680 lbs"). It didn't do much for disguising the few extra pounds I have, and it is therefore ineffective. I was less than satisfied after spending upwards of thirty dollars for this product-- 30 double cheesburgers' worth! I could've eaten for a month with the money i wasted on this underperforming, sub-optimal girdle.
