I needed a support girdle that would provide adequate compression after my abdominoplasty procedure. I ordered this product in a Medium as I wear a size 5/7 in Juniors and a 6 in Womens. It is a very well made product. It's high enough to provide compression all over and stays up well. The hook crotch closure is a wonderful thing to have, as you do not have to remove it completely to use the bathroom. I do feel that it is very tight on me and it is very hard to get in and out of. But as I reviewed the sizing chart, I realized according to my measurements I should have ordered a Large. Be careful! I wear a Medium in everything so I just assumed Id be a Medium in this as well.
