I'm not all that happy with the 3" band. I wish I had gotten a wider band. I've had 4 hernia surgeries in the past year. And have lost almost all my lower stomach muscles or tone anyway, My surgeon and GP told me that I was going to have to start wearing some kind of girdle to hold everything in place. I saw these and ordered one. Now either I didn't order it correctly or something, but it keeps rolling down at the top. So talking with my doctors they suggested that I go with a women's girdle, with a high top. Which I did, and I'm having alot better luck with those. Also, I found that this does not give me the support for the hernia area that I had hoped.
