Although this is a "one size fits all" item, I can tell you that it will not fit everyone. I am about 5'7 and 140lbs and it took a few times wearing the shaper and a few adjustments to get it to fit comfortably but it did serve it's purpose and it smoothed me out where i needed it. I do recommend this item if you just need a little smoothing and if you have a big bum because with this thong shaper it does not cut you off in the wrong places.
