Regarding sizing: If you have little to no waist to speak of, use your waist measurement as described in the item description. HOWEVER, if you have a natural hourglass shape, save yourself the trouble of a return and measure your bust (not the cup, but the chest strap of a brassiere measurement). This will ensure that the corset will fit properly all the way down your back in a straight line as it is supposed to.
I have a 37" chest, 32" waist, and 36" hips. When I tried on my new 34" corset, I didn't fit my torso properly, resulting in the stays digging into my back and hips uncomfortably.
