After wearing this product a couple of time I have noticed it does suck in all the fat from your stomach, sides and back. It is a great product. It does stretch much and have found I have to put it on like a pair of pants, there is no way you can put it on like you do a shirt. Also after wearing it for most of the day the straps tend to dig into you arm pits which makes it uncomfortable.
